You are invited to come talk with me in my relaxed, spacious office. Your visits are private and confidential. We can talk about your concerns and stress and develop a plan to help you regain your ability to handle life's challenges.
Coming to therapy is a difficult decision for many people. Making the first phone call is often the hardest step. You deserve to feel better and talk therapy is highly effective. I have 30 years experience working with people.
Telehealth sessions are offered, as an option to in-person sessions. If you choose telehealth, a link will be emailed to you 15 minutes before the session. If you are unsure of your internet speed or device capability, I'll be glad to do a brief test to allow you to try telehealth to see if it is an option for you.

I work with children over 5, teens, adults and older adults. In addition to seeing individuals, I also work with couples to help them learn skills to improve their communications and strengthen their relationship.

I am not accepting new clients at this time. The online scheduler will show no open appointment times. Current clients should call or text to schedule.
My appointments start at the scheduled time and continue for 45-50 minutes. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or every other week. The decision to continue or to end therapy is made jointly between you and the therapist.
